  • Which areas do you operate in?
    To ensure we can provide the best possible service and standards to each of our clients, we operate mostly within North London (any postcode beginning with N1C,NW1,N1,NW5). There is a £10 delivery surcharge outside of this area. Corporate clients can email has@cleanersandcoffee.com for corporate rates.
  • Do you have a shop where I can drop off my items myself?
    Yes! Our Camden branch is the most unique and amazing dry cleaner you'll find. (You can even WFH there!). You can find us on Google by typing in Cleaners & Coffee!
  • How can I place an order?
    Click on 'Book Collection', specify the pick up time from our available slots and leave your details. We'll get in touch and take care of the rest!
  • How long does cleaning take?
    We aim to clean your items within 1-2 working days (let us know if you need them sooner!). Tailoring requires a minimum of 48 hrs Specialist items may require longer, however we will always inform you first if this is the case.
  • Where are my clothes cleaned?
    All your garments are cared for in our Camden branch. Not miles and miles and miles away! So you can rest assured knowing we're around the corner.
  • How do I pay?
    Payment is taken once service is completed, we will send a personal payment link to you via message. Or (if you choose, just let us know!) we can take payment via card terminal (all major cards accepted!).
  • I need to change my slot, or change address for pickup/delivery.
    No problem. Email us on customerservice@cleanersandcoffee.com and we'll be in touch straight away.
  • How can I give feedback?

  • Do you do any discounts?
    We offer a 10% student discount (Valid ID required and in-store only)
